    I have learned to overcome migraines with my #1 recommended choice for Magnesium, in conjunction with some form of Omega 3 (which can be specialized) though my favorite go to is the Focus Support!

    It is important to take magnesium everyday until it is built up into your system. The good ole' 21-30 days is a good rule of thumb, though listen to what your body is telling you is right for you. Of course bloodwork and your doctor are practical choices as well. Once you have the magnesium going at the levels that your body needs, then migraines (for the most part) need not be such a nuisance. I will take it intermittently after that. You'll get the feel for it over time.

    Omega 3's are vitally important for all kinds of benefits. Be sure to choose the right one for you! I LOVE the Nordic Naturals brand because they take the guess work out of it and they are the supreme clean choice for Omega's. Though Barlean's can certainly do the job and is easy for the kiddos to take as well.
