Thank you for your support and patience during these exciting times of launching our new delivery service, to HHI locals and the surrounding areas!! Our policies will be updated as we grow. 

~Currently, all sales and orders are final. In regards to unique circumstances, please do feel free to contact us and we will do our best to correct any necessary concerns. 

~Orders that have not yet gone out for local delivery or shipment can receive a refund or a store credit (via gift card), less 3% of the total sale.

~Orders that have attempted to be locally delivered will be refunded via a store credit (gift card), less the 3% of the total sale and the delivery fee at the time of the order.
