Currently, all sales and orders that have successfully been delivered are final. Our policies will be updated as we grow. Though please do feel free to contact us and we will do our best to correct any necessary concerns.
Orders that have not yet gone out for delivery can receive a refund, less the 3% convenience credit card fee.
Orders that have attempted to be delivered will be refunded, less the 3% convenience credit card fee and the maximum delivery fee (at the time of the order), via store credit. A gift card will be issued digitally through email.
