Beyond the Expected

One or two spoonfuls can quietly upgrade almost anything.
Tiny Seed. Serious Nutrition.
Complete + Highly Digestible Protein
Hemp provides all nine essential amino acids, making it a complete plant protein.
Much of that protein comes from edestin and albumin, proteins that are readily digested and provide amino acids the body uses to build and maintain muscle, enzymes, hormones and other tissues.
An Interesting Fatty-Acid Profile
Hemp naturally provides both essential fatty acids — omega-6 linoleic acid and omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) — in a naturally occurring balance.
It also contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), a comparatively uncommon omega-6 fatty acid that has been studied for its role in healthy inflammatory processes, skin health and normal cellular function.
Magnesium + More
A few spoonfuls deliver much more than protein and healthy fats.
Hemp seeds naturally provide magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, potassium and vitamin E, supporting energy metabolism, muscles, nerves, bones and normal cellular function.
Heart + Metabolic Support
Hemp’s combination of unsaturated fats, ALA omega-3s, plant protein, minerals and antioxidant compounds makes it a particularly interesting whole food for cardiovascular and metabolic nutrition.
