Very effective!
This is a great product and doesn't take long to see results. I found that mixing it with applesauce actually works better than mixing with a liquid for me because I have texture sensitivities The applesauce also helps with it getting stuck in your throat if not properly mixed with liquid. It doesn't alter the taste of whatever you mix it with which is also a big plus for me. I take it at night with my last meal and had kept me more regular than i have ever been in my life lol. 10/10, highly recommend!
